Jakie dane zapisujemy

Bez konta gra zapisuje w Twojej przeglądarce (localStorage): rekord, język, wyciszenie dźwięku i to, czy widziałeś samouczek. Te dane nie trafiają na serwer.

Anonimowe statystyki gier

Po każdej grze (także bez konta) serwer zapisuje statystyki rozgrywki, żeby poprawiać balans gry: osiągniętą rundę, czas gry, wersję gry, utracone życia w rundach, obrażenia ras i najlepszych jednostek, ulepszenia, liczbę robotników i rundy, w których zostali kupieni, powstałe jednostki GOD i zmiany ich typu, wybraną mapę, liczbę misji i bossów, zarobione minerały i esencję, użytą prędkość gry, rodzaj ekranu (dotykowy lub nie) i jego rozmiar. Bez nicku, adresu IP i ciasteczek śledzących.

Gra wieloosobowa

W multiplayerze serwer trzyma w pamięci (nie w bazie) Twój nick, pokój i ruchy z bieżącej gry, a inni gracze w pokoju widzą Twój nick i Twoją planszę. Zalogowanym zapisujemy w bazie wynik każdej gry wieloosobowej z co najmniej 2 osobami (miejsce, liczba graczy, punkty, runda, zabici, data) do rankingu multiplayer; usunięcie konta usuwa te wyniki.

Statystyki odwiedzin (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

Do liczenia odwiedzin strony używamy Cloudflare Web Analytics.

6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO), a anonimowe statystyki gier i odwiedzin: żeby ulepszać grę (nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).

Twoje prawa

Możesz w każdej chwili zmienić nick albo usunąć konto (panel konta w grze → „Usuń konto”): konto, wyniki i sesje znikają od razu, a statystyki Twoich gier tracą powiązanie z kontem. Masz też prawo do dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, przeniesienia i do skargi do Prezesa UODO. W sprawach danych napisz na adres powyżej.

English

The game works without an account. An account (Google sign-in) is only needed to save scores to the leaderboard.

Controller

Rafał Baran, contact: baranraf@gmail.com.

What we store

Without an account the game stores in your browser (localStorage): best round, language, sound setting and whether you have seen the tutorial. This never reaches the server.

Anonymous game statistics

After every game (also without an account) the server stores game statistics to improve the balance: round reached, play time, game version, lives lost per round, damage by race and by the best units, upgrades, number of workers and the rounds they were bought in, GOD units made and their type changes, the map played, number of missions and bosses, minerals and essence earned, game speed used, screen type (touch or not) and size. No nick, IP address or tracking cookies. For signed-in players a game is linked to the account only until the account is deleted; after that it stays anonymous.

Multiplayer

In multiplayer the server keeps your nickname, room and the moves of the current game in memory (not in the database), and the other players in the room see your nickname and your board. A guest types a nickname; a signed-in player plays under the account's nickname. A guest nickname is remembered only by your browser (localStorage). Room data is gone at most a few minutes after the game ends, or when the server restarts. For signed-in players we save the result of every multiplayer game with 2 or more people (place, number of players, points, round, kills, date) for the multiplayer leaderboard; deleting the account deletes these results.

Visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies or browser storage and does not track you across sites. When you open a page, Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) receives the page address, the page you came from, your browser, system and device type, your country (derived from your IP address, which is not stored) and page load times. We only see totals. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU, under standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Why

To run the account and leaderboard you ask for by signing in (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and the anonymous game and visit statistics to improve the game (our legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). No ads, no selling of data, no cross-site tracking.

Where and how long

On a server in Poland (EU hosting): account data until you delete the account, anonymous game statistics without a time limit. Sign-in is handled by Google (Google Identity Services); Google's privacy policy applies to signing in.

Your rights

You can change your nick or delete your account at any time (account panel in the game → "Delete account"): the account, scores and sessions are removed at once, and the statistics of your games are unlinked from it. You also have the right to access, correct and port your data and to complain to a data protection authority. For anything about your data, write to the address above.
